ANATOMY6 WHO WE ARE

We are the brain child of Dr. Peter Miele and Adam Lecker. Anatomy6 was created because over the years of treating patients and clients we experienced that  too many people live with pain and immobility. As well, our patients who "work-out" and supposedly are in great shape were always accumulating injuries. This led us down a path to look at the body globally and then treat and train the body in this framework.  Our goal is simple; it's based on alleviating pain and increasing human movement through improving bio-mechanics and joint capacity. We implement this primarily by teaching humans full body integration through a ground up approach. We prioritize the fascial musculo-skeletal system with improving rotational movements to allow the body to move optimally and cohesively without pain.

OUR APPROACH IS OUR PROCESS:

01

Teach humans how to move like humans (mobility training/ rotational training)

We start off with a One on One assessment of patients to see capacities

We address pain - alleviate pain - and then move to create joint capacity to provide pain free movement

Services

02

The base for human movement is a bio-Kinetic flow that is rooted in the gait cycle. Humans evolved to walk, run and throw. These are the basic pillars of human movement.

When your pain and mobility have been addressed we integrate movements and improve biomechanics to allow for the natural kinetic energy to flow while providing an environment for these newly acquired human movement capacities to flourish

03

We then provide a fitness system to continuously reinforce those movement capacities and improved biomechanics

Making sure our clients do not return to a fitness system that fed their dysfunctions and essentially were contributing factors to injuries. A truly optimized human is one where forces are distributed correctly along the kinetic chain and controlled through movement.
